Date: 01/20/2019 <br />Manufacturer training: Containment Solution, 04/27/20 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Onsite to witness INCON test on UDC 7/8 and 13/14. UDC 7/8 was repaired by replacing the clamp on the product entry boot <br />on diesel side #7. UDC 13/14 was repaired by replacing the conduit boot. All tests passed. Verified visual inspection of piping <br />within dispensers. Could not perform pump test to verify fuel in piping in dispensers because site's electrical conduit was <br />disconnected, and needed to be reconnected by electrician at a later time. This will be verified during the annual monitoring <br />system certification. <br />As part of a condition of the permit, facility will have to perform a secondary containment test on UDC 7/8 and 13/14 in 6 <br />months. <br />Removed red tag, facility authorized to receive fuel inputs in the 87/91 and diesel tanks. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
