Information regarding the contractor need to be on the permit. <br />2. The split tank are considered as two separate tank and must be addressed <br />accordingly on the permit (page 4 and 5). <br />3. Two methods of overfill prevention system is on the plan. Only one is specified <br />on the permit. <br />4. Responsibility on the permit has not been claimed (page 8). <br />5. Location of an audio/visual alarm has not been indicated on the plan. <br />6. Location of sensor on under dispenser containment must be located at the lowest <br />point of the sump (172, drawing 4,7). <br />7. Testing of piping is to be performed at 150 percent of operating pressure. (SD1, <br />2.3C).
