Contact the fire department for any applicable permits. <br />2. All new submittals supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Both primary and secondary pipes shall bear a UL label. <br />4. All pipe fittings and connections shall bear a UL label. <br />5. All monitoring systems shall be listed on the LG 113-15. <br />6. All testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instructions, section 2635 <br />and section 2636 of California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br />7. Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy CCR 2636(g). <br />8. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. <br />9. Submit proof of tank and piping certification for employees. <br />10. An accurate and drawn -to -scale -as -built plan must be submitted to EHD prior to <br />scheduling a final inspection. <br />11. Contact Dennis Catanyag for inspection. See inspection checklist for the required <br />inspections. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br />12. This permit expires at the end of the calendar year. <br />Note: Although it is currently not required, the State Water Regional Control Board <br />recommends that the fill and vapor risers be secondarily contained in a sump.
