The information on this monitoring program are <br /> conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County Public Health Services within 30 days of <br /> any changes to the monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br /> Required by Sections 2632(d)and 2641(h)CCR. <br /> Facility Name Safeway Store #2600 <br /> Facility Address West I I' Street & Corral Hollow Road, Tracy <br /> A. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank Continuous electronic monitoring. <br /> Piping Continuous electronic monitoring. <br /> B. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be used for performing <br /> the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Double wall interstitial monitoring sensors, model #794390-460. via Veeder Root <br /> TLS-350R system, model #848290-012. GPH magrletostrictive in-tank volumetric probe <br /> Model # 847390-109 <br /> Piping: Veeder Root TLS-350 with discriminating sensors in the fill sump and piping <br /> sumo. model #794380-352, and discriminating sensors under each dispenser. model <br /> #794380-322. Positive shut down of the turbines. Electronic Line leak detectors model <br /> #848480-001. <br /> C. Describe the location(s) where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan should <br /> be attached): <br /> The monitor alarm panel is located in the Inside Kiosk <br /> D. List the name(s) and title(s) of the people responsible for performing the monitoring <br /> and/or maintaining the equipment. <br /> Chuck Rodgers / Fuel Sys. Reporting Format for monitoring: <br /> Tank: A written monitoring log. <br /> Piping: A written monitoring log and annual certification <br /> F. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: <br /> Maintenance must be in accordance with the manufacturers' maintenance schedule <br /> but not less than every 12 months. <br /> The monitoring systems shall be certified annually in accordance with manufacturer's <br /> recommendations. System set-up must be checked to verify that the 99% operating mode <br /> option has been selected. <br /> G. Describe the training necessary for the operation of UST system, including piping, and <br /> the monitoring equipment: The operators receive initial and annual refresher training in <br /> accordance to the manufacturers recommendations <br />
