Complainant consumed peanut butter <br /> yogurt with sprinkles and yogurt chips.The other individual consumed half chocolate and half vanilla yogurt with no toppings <br /> and became ill on 05/02/16 approximately between 8-9 pm with symptoms of diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting non stop. On <br /> 05/03/16 at approximately 8 pm the complainant became ill with symptoms of diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Both people <br /> are still sick. No doctor has been seen. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
