CHARTER
WAY, STOCKTON CA
We have received your request for a Final Staff Decision. After review of the request and
supporting arguments, we have decided to find in your favor and to accept the claim for
conditional acceptance on the Priority List.
Placement on the adopted Priority List does not indicate that your claim is valid, nor does it
constitute a commitment to reimburse the costs requested in your claim.
The Priority List is updated monthly. This project should be added to the next update.
Staff will review, verify, and process applications based on the priority and rank within the
priority class. During the detailed review, staff may request additional information to verify
eligibility. Once review of the application is complete and the claim is determined to be
valid, a Letter of Commitment will be issued obligating funds toward the cleanup. If the
detailed review determines that your claim is unacceptable or ineligible, you will be notified
of the intent to remove your claim from the Priority List.
If you have any questions, please contact Annabel Mackey at (916) 227-4334.
Sincerely,
L dia ra
earn Leader, Region 5
Y
Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund
USTCF005.FSD (Rev 4/94)
