09/30/93 15= 10 E P.02 <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> Ground Water Monitoring Well <br /> Permit No. : 93-14 <br /> Date: 9-21-93 <br /> Permittee: ARCO PRODUCTS COMPANY <br /> P.0. BOX 5811 <br /> SAN MATEO, CA 94402 <br /> In accordance with Ordinance 085-87, passed by the Council of the <br /> City of Stockton on October 26, 1987, a permit revocable at the <br /> pleasure of the Public Works Director of the City of Stockton is <br /> hereby granted to: <br /> ARCO PRODUCTS COMPANY <br /> to install, and maintain 2 ground water monitoring wells. <br /> This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard <br /> Conditions Applicable to Revocable Permits adopted by this <br /> City Council by Resolution No. 22,578 on December 5, 1960, and <br /> on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Stockton. <br /> 2. The general location of the wells shall be as shown on the map <br /> attached. The precise location shall be determined in the <br /> field by the City of Stockton. <br /> 3 . The Permittee shall keep in full force and effect a Faithful <br /> Performance Bond in the amount of $1,00.0. during the life of <br /> this permit. <br /> 4 . In accordance with Section 1 (h) of the "Standard Conditions <br /> Applicable to Revocable Permits, " the permittee shall provide <br /> and keep in force during the term of the permit a policy of <br /> public liability insurance against liability for injuries to <br /> persons or property arising out of accidents attributable to <br /> the structure on City property, in amounts to be determined by <br /> the Risk Manager. The policy of insurance so provided shall <br /> contain a contractual liability endorsement covering the <br /> liability assumed by the Permittee by the terms of his permit <br /> and shall contain a provision that such policy may not be <br /> cancelled except after thirty (30) days notice in writing to <br /> be given to the Risk Manager.
