It is our understanding from ARCO that <br /> they plan to replace their underground storage tanks in June or July 1991; therefore we <br /> request priority review of this work plan. We understgd that your staff will charge <br /> $79.50/hr for this priority review. Attached is a check forz.50 for three hours of review <br /> at 79.50/hr and 89.00 for the drilling permit.
