Services, Environmental `f Health Division (SJCPHS�-EHD), pilot <br /> program ARCO made this request in their letter of August 5, 1991, to the SJCPHS-EHD <br /> At ARCO's request, water generated from steam cleaning and drill cuttings were <br /> temporarily stored onsite and subsequently removed by Armour Petroleum Service and <br /> Equipment Corporation of Vacaville, California, and Dillard Trucking Inc, of Byron, <br /> California, respectively <br /> 31009-4W <br />
