The tentative location for the stockpiled soil is shown on <br /> Drill cuttings from the proposed onsite borings will be placed o.1 <br /> plastic and covered with plastic. Results of these analyses will be used to <br /> evaluate disposal options for the soil, We will apprise ARCO of these <br /> options. <br /> o Conduct a vapor-extraction test as described in our May I7, 1991,Work Plan. <br /> o Prepare a Preliminary Investigations and Evaluation Report summarizing <br /> r <br /> findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on previous and proposed <br /> work. If hydrocarbons in soil or ground water are not delineated during this <br /> scope of work,the PAR will be postponed until hydrocarbons are delineated. <br /> The work will be performed in accordance with the Tri-Regional Board Staff <br /> Re,;ommendatlons for Preliminary Evaluation and Investigation of Underground Tank Sites <br /> (California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, August 1990); <br /> Appendix A to that document (August 1991); and the Leaking Underground Fuel Tank <br /> Manual (California Leaking Underground Fuel Tank Task Force, 1989). The Site <br /> Mitigation Acknowledgement. /Request For Services Form was included in our May 17, <br /> 1991, Work Plan. <br /> We recommend that a copy of this work plan along with the drilling permit be forwarded <br /> to Mr. Michael Infurna of the San Joaquin Public Health Services located at 445 North San <br /> Joaquin, Stockton, CA 95202.
