The <br /> following'conditions are also applicable. <br /> I. Coritractor is responsible for notification to the Special Inspector or Agency regarding <br /> 'individual.Inspections for times listed on the attached Schedule and noted on the City <br /> approved plans. Adequate notice shall be proN4ded.so the Special Inspector has this to <br /> become familiar with the project and do a thorough job for all inspections. <br /> 2. Each Special Inspector shall submit his quallfiCations to the City and is subject to a <br /> personal interview for pre-qualification. Special Inspectors shall display an approved - <br /> identification badge when performing the function of a special inspector or upon request <br /> and must have a valid.ICBG Cerffication for the type of work being inspected. <br /> i <br /> t . <br /> 3. Duties and Responsibilities of the Special Inspector are: <br /> A. Observe the work for conformance with the CITY APPROVED(stamped).design . <br /> drawings and specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the CBC. <br /> NOTE: Sh-olldrawings may be used galy as an aid to inspection. <br /> F . ; <br /> B. Bring non-conforming items-to immediate attention of the contractor and note in I <br /> daily report(Ref. Item 4).
