(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equiva <br /> i <br /> Services LLC in accordance with quarterly reporting requirements issued by the Central Valley <br /> I <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division(SJCPHS). <br /> 3 <br /> THIRD QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITIES <br /> f <br /> Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine)of San Jose, California gauged and sampled the site wells and <br /> prepared a summary table of field gauging data and gasoline constituents. Cambria compiled the <br /> additional constituents and oxygenates (Table `'1), prepared a site vicinity/well survey map 1 <br /> (Figure 1), and prepared a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2). Blaine's <br /> report,presenting the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A. <br /> FOURTH QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITIES <br /> - i <br /> Blaine will gauge and sample the site wells according to the existing sampling schedule and <br /> tabulate the data.
