A 1 <br /> (' rs i. <br /> r, <br /> September 11, 2000 <br /> Mr Ron Rowe <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Re Quarterly Monitoring Report — Second Quarter 2000 <br /> Former Texaco Service Station <br /> 440 West Charter Way <br /> Stockton, California <br /> SAP Code 121258 <br /> Incident No 88870583 <br /> SJCPHS/EHD Site Code 1055 <br /> Dear Mr Rowe <br /> This report describes the recently completed groundwater monitoring and sampling activities <br /> at the referenced site (Figures 1 and 2) Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) <br /> prepared this report to meet quarterly reporting requirements issued by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS/EHD) <br /> Quarterly Monitoring & Sampling Summary <br /> Groundwater monitoring and sampling for the second quarter of 2000 are summarized below <br /> • Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine) of San Jose, California measured groundwater <br /> levels and collected samples from wells MW-1 through MW-11, MW-13 through <br /> MW-15, MW-17, and VEW-1 through VEW-4 on May 16, 2000 Well MW-16 was <br /> reported to be dry by Blaine, but we are aware that there is an obstruction at <br /> approximately 12 5 feet below the top of the casing Samples were transported to <br /> Sequoia Analytical Laboratory Morgan Hill, California for chemical analyses <br /> Oakland CA <br /> San Ramon, CA • Cambria evaluated water-level measurement data and prepared a groundwater contour <br /> Sonoma C A map (Figure 2) Groundwater flow direction varies across the site The approximate <br /> Portland OR hydraulic gradient ranges from 0 005 to 0 014 <br /> Cambria <br /> Environmental • TPHg was detected in wells MW-1, MW-3 through MW-5, MW-8 through MW-11, <br /> Technology,Inc VEW-2, and VEW-4 at concentrations ranging from 76 5 to 21,700 ppb TPHg <br /> 0Perkmsstreet results for well MW-4, MW-9, VEW-2 and VEW-4 were reported as unidentified <br /> P 0 Box 259 hydrocarbons TPHg result for Well MW-10 was generated outside of EPA <br /> Sonoma CA 95476 <br /> Tel(707)935-4850 <br /> Fax(707)935-6649 <br />
