Due to the level of groundwater contamination,MW-1 must be over-drilled to total depth,contents <br /> removed and tremmie-pipe grouted to surface grade. <br /> 2. Work plan must contain elements to define the vertical extent of soil contamination on-site and lateral and <br /> vertical extent of groundwater contamination. Repeatable sampling of target water bearing zones will be <br /> needed off-site in the down-gradient direction. Grab groundwater samples of target zones in the up-and <br /> cross-gradient directions may be used to show areas of non-detection. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Clarification of screen intervals.
