This report is intended to provide additional information requested by the <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department <br />(SJCEHD) in their letter dated March 22, 2002. A Groundwater Monitoring Well <br />Installation Work Plan, dated March 13, 2002, was submitted to SJCEHD, which <br />presented the proposed scope of work to be completed. <br />ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to the two shallow groundwater monitoring wells proposed in the <br />March 13, 2002 work plan, IT proposes to install one groundwater monitoring well pair <br />in the location of the proposed deep soil boring. The deep soil boring described in the <br />March 13, 2002 workplan will be replaced with the deep well described in this <br />addendum. Drilling and sampling procedures are included in Attachment A.
