Charter Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> The attached "Notice of Responsibility" is official notification that your site has been assigned to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department's (EHD) Local Oversight Program for oversight of assessment and clean up <br /> activities at contaminated underground storage tank sites. <br /> Our goal is to certify completion of corrective action at underground storage tank leakage sites pursuant to California <br /> Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Article 11 (Corrective Action Regulations). These regulations <br /> govern the investigation and mitigation activities at leaking underground storage tank sites. The Regulations can be <br /> accessed on the State Water Resources Control Board website at www.waterboards.ca.gov. <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (CRWQCB/CVR) "Appendix A - Reports <br /> Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Tank Sites" <br /> should be used as a guidance document. The guidance document can be accessed on CRWQCB/CVR's website at <br /> www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/water issues/underground_storage_tanks/tri-regionals_appendix_a.pdf.
