Five composite soil samples (E side <br /> stockpile,W.side stockpile,SS-STK#1,SS-STK#2,SS-STK#3)were collected from the dirty stockpile <br /> to characterize petroleum concentrations in these soils. The TPH concentrations detected in these soil <br /> ranged from nondetectable to 220 ppm (Table 5). Following receipt of the laboratory; results, <br /> approximately 554 outdo yard.of clearFsoil and 1,058 cubic yards of soil containing petroleum constituents <br /> were transported to Forward, Inc., landfill facility in Stockton,California. The soils were transported by <br /> Baldoni Censtruetion Service, Inc., to Forward, In.;.,during the week of November 27, 1989. <br />
