This monitoring well has <br /> been proposed for installation 4s hart of a subsurfat:e investigation requested by the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. This investigation is being conducted to <br /> determine the presence or absence of gasoline eonstit_.:nts in the vicinity of a service station facility <br /> located at 620 West Charter Way,Stockton,California. <br /> The scope of the proposed work involves drilling one 10-inch-diamelcr hole to a depth of approximately <br /> �- 40 feet,utilizing a truck-mounted drill rig. The drill rig measures approximately 25 feet long and 8 feet <br /> wide. The well would be constructed in one day,with a design similar to the one shown on the enclosed <br /> monitoring well construction diagram, The well will be finished with an i;tternal locking cover Lnd a <br /> traffic-rated external circular protection cover,approximately I foot in diameter,:hat is flush with the <br /> ground surface. Upon completion of the well,the soil and ground water generated dr ring construction <br /> will be removed, and the surface returned as close as is reascaably possible to its present state. <br /> Necessary traffic signs and cones will he used to divert and/or direct traffic. <br /> The undersigned has received a copy of and fully understands the <br /> Standard Conditions governing ::he issuance of a Revocable Permit. <br /> It is further understood that all changes applicable to the <br /> preparation and issuanco of the permit will be paid for by the <br /> undersigned, <br />
