(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equiva <br /> Services LLC in accordance with quarterly reporting requirements issued by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and San Joaquin County Public Health Services. <br />. FIRST QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITIES <br /> Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled all wells and <br /> prepared a summary table of field gauging data and gasoline constituents. Cambria compiled <br /> the additional analytical data (Table 1), prepared a site vicinity map (Figure 1), and prepared <br /> a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2). Blaine's report, presenting <br /> the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A. <br /> In addition to the standard analyses, the groundwater sample collected from well MW-8 was <br /> analyzed for 1,2-dichloroethane to confirm the detection during the second quarter 2000 <br /> sampling event. None was detected. <br /> ANTICIPATED SECOND QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITIES <br /> Oakland, CA Blaine will gauge and sample the site wells according to the existing sampling schedule and <br /> San Ramon, CA tabulate the data. Cambria will prepare a groundwater monitoring report. <br /> Sonoma, CA <br /> Cambria REMEDIATION SUMMARY <br /> Environmental <br /> Technology,inc. A soil vapor extraction (SVE) system operated at this site from September 1992 to <br /> November 1996.
