(AGE) has prepared this request for reactivation of the <br /> Groundwater Discharge Permit(dated 18 January 2011) issued to 701 East Charter Way, <br /> Stockton, California (site). The Groundwater Discharge Permit was suspended in <br /> September 2011 due to a disruption of funding by the State of California which temporally <br /> caused the suspension of any active remediation operations at this site. <br /> Effective 16 February 2012, the State of California has allocated additional funding to the <br /> site allowing for resumption of groundwater remediation and the need to discharge treated <br /> groundwater to the City sanitary sewer system under the same Groundwater Discharge <br /> Permit. AGE will have the system's flow meter and LEL meter re-certified and certification <br /> documents will be transmitted to your office. Discharge to the sanitary sewer system will <br /> not be resumed at this site until your office has provided approval. <br /> Previous Groundwater Discharge Permit correspondence is attached.
