The Fund will review this site next year <br /> to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009, this site has been under investigation for 12 years. The San Joaquin <br /> County LOP has directed the Responsible Party to begin dual phase extraction by June 2009. <br /> The Fund concurs and will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2010. according to the Responsible Party, active remediation has been <br /> delayed because of slow reimbursement from the Fund. The requirement to conduct corrective <br /> action is independent of Fund approval or disbursement of monies. The Fund recommends that <br /> active remediation begin without delay.
