David Kroll <br /> Gentlemen : <br /> In reference to our letter of March 15 , 1994 , regarding the <br /> environmental investigation at 749 E . Charter Way , Stockton , Ca . I <br /> am enclosing a signed copy of a letter advising the owner of the <br /> property at 1302 Grant Street . As you know our well BW- 11 will <br /> be placed on your property in the planter between the sidewalk and <br /> the curb and you requested this letter in order for us to <br /> continue . <br /> We have also received an encroachment permits for the drilling of <br /> BW- 10 from CalTrans . This well is located in their right-of -way . <br /> Therefore , on this project I believe the only drilling site which <br /> is unresolved is BW- 12 located in Aurora St . , about 85 feet north <br /> of the intersection with Charter Way . We request you allow us to <br /> drill this well in the street near the west curb .
