Charter Way <br /> Stockton , Ca . <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services , Environmental Health Division <br /> ( PHS /EHD ) recently participated in a meeting held at Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board at 3443 Routier Road to discuss the extents of <br />'i contamination at 749 E . Charter Way and 814 E . Charter Way . The following people <br /> attended the meeting : <br /> Roger Liston - Darpetro <br /> John Cussen - California Geophysical Group <br /> Wm . Morita - Owner - 814 E . Charter Way <br /> Wm , J . Hunter - Wm , J . Hunter and Associates <br /> Michael Collins - REHS - San Joaquin County <br /> Diane Hinson - Supervising RENS - San Joaquin County <br /> Beth Thayer - Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the extents of soil and groundwater <br /> contamination at the two sites . The following recommendations were made : <br /> - 749 E . Charter Way - due to the fact that very high levels of soil <br /> and groundwater contamination remain on this site undefined <br /> vertically and horizontally , a workplan for additional monitoring <br /> wells to define ther vertical and horizontal extent of soil and <br /> groundwater contamination shall be submitted to PHS /EHD by Feb . 28 , <br /> 1994 . Data from monitoring wells 1 , 2 , and 3 , should be included in <br /> future quarterly reporting . Interim soil clean - up is recommended at <br /> this time . <br /> - 814 E .
