Box 2009 <br /> Stockton CA 95201 <br /> GASCO SERVICE STATION , 749 EAST CHARTER WAY , STOCKTON - SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> REPORT <br /> We have reviewed the 9 February 1990 Site Assessment Report prepared for <br /> this site by California Geophysical Group , The investigation included an <br /> electromagnetic induction survey , and the installation and sampling of <br /> three ground water monitoring wells , Petroleum hydrocarbons were detected <br /> in ground water samples from all three monitoring wells . <br /> The operator should now be directed to develop a work plan for conducting <br /> an investigation to determine the extent of the impacts to soil and ground <br /> water on - site and off- site . Based on the levels of contamination and <br /> reported fluctuations in ground water gradient at this site , the work plan <br /> should include proposed soil boring and monitoring well locations to <br /> define the full extent of hydrocarbon contamination in soil and ground <br /> water .
