It <br /> has been determined that these documents do not reflect the current course of <br /> action taken on this specific site . As indicated in our telephone conversation <br /> ( 12 / 18 / 89 ) the letter of commitment and work plan must match the intended site <br /> activity . Since this is not the case , a new work plan needs to be received by <br /> this office within 30 days . A revised letter of commitment was received on <br /> December 20 , 1989 . <br /> This new work plan is to include the current history of events to date , any and <br /> all lab sample results , locations and disposition of stockpiled soil from <br /> original tank site , and any other pertinent information .
