If <br /> groundwater is not encountered at this depth or if in the opinion of the on-site Exceltech <br /> geologist,sufficient penetration of the aquifer has not eccured,the EHD will be contacted <br /> prior to continuing the boring beyond 65 feet. <br /> 3.
