GASCO Gasoline Station January 30, 1991 <br /> Project No. 3-30054-31 Page A-1 <br /> IM <br /> SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> FOR <br /> GASCO GASOLINE STATION <br /> 749 EAST CHARTER WAY <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> PURPOSE AND SCOPE <br /> This Site Safety Plan (SSP) establishes the basic safety guidelines and requirements for <br /> the construction of groundwater monitoring wells at the GASCO facility located in <br /> Stockton, California. The SSP addresses hazards that may be encountered during this <br /> project. Field activities are scheduled to begin in August 1990. <br /> The provisions set forth in this SSP shall apply to Exceltech, Inc. (Exceltech), <br /> employees and any subcontractors working for Exceltech at the job site. All personnel <br /> working for Exceltech at the job site must read this SSP and sign the attached <br /> Compliance Agreement before entering the work area. <br /> Field personnel may deviate from the safety provisions set forth in this SSP, but only to <br /> upgrade or increase the safety requirements. All modifications to this SSP require the <br /> 3 express written approval of an Exceltech Office Safety Coordinator or the Exceltech <br /> Corporate Safety Officer. Exceltech personnel may suspend work if unauthorized <br /> modifications to the safety provisions set forth in this SSP are made. If changes in site <br /> or working conditions require changes in c-fety procedures, appropriate amendments to <br /> this SSP will be provided by the Excelt6ch Project Manager, with the approval of an <br /> Excel►P,, Office Safety Coordinator or the Exceltech Corporate Safety Officer.. <br /> I.
