I <br /> • <br />' INTRODUCTION <br /> On November 6, 2000 two bonngs were drilled on the USA Station Darpetro Property These <br /> bonngs along with one monitoring well were requested and approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (EDH) of San Joaquin County The well was labeled BM-13 and the bonngs were B-2 <br /> and B-3 <br /> On December 7, 2000 we drilled BM-13 to sample the groundwater at the top of the aquifer <br /> SITE HISTORY <br /> iOn November 14, 1989 three tanks were removed at this site and three fiberglass tanks were <br /> installed The laboratory results taken at the time of removal tested positive for gasoline <br /> Ihydrocarbon contamination <br /> On December 19, 1989 an Electromagnetic Induction Survey was conducted on the site to aid the <br />' investigation of the areal extent of the contaminated soil and in planning the position of the <br /> monitoring wells <br /> In January 1990 three monitoring wells were installed They were reported in our report dated <br />' February 9, 1990 <br /> In March and April 1992, three more monitoring wells were installed They were necessary <br /> because the groundwater had fallen below the depth of the original wells This work was reported <br /> in our report dated April 30, 1992 <br />' In July 1993 we installed two additional monitoring wells and drilled one boring This work was <br /> reported in our report dated August 24, 1993 <br />' In September 1994, we installed three additional monitoring wells This work was reported in our <br /> report dated October 10, 1994 <br /> In April 1995 we drilled two CPT bonngs and they were reported in our report dated March 15, <br />' 1995 <br /> In February and March, 1996 five vapor extraction wells, one air sparging well and one boring <br /> were installed at this site This work was reported in our report dated March 19, 1996 <br /> In April 1996 we drilled two additional CPT bonngs They were reported in our report dated June <br />' 10, 1996 <br /> In July 1999, we drilled an additional monitoring well MW-12 and a vapor boring to 80 feet, which <br /> was completed to a vapor extraction well, VW-7 They were reported in our report dated August 5, <br /> 1999 <br /> 3 <br />
