WORK PROPOSAL <br /> We plan to dnll 7 soil gas test bonngs around the tanks and the pumps closest to well MW-3, <br /> which is impacted with MtBE The only possible sources of MtBE at this station are the tanks or <br /> the pumps <br /> Each soil gas boring will be 23 feet deep, which will put the soil gas being tested in a sandy silt <br /> located at 19 to 24 feet below the surface The borings will be located within 5 feet of the tanks <br /> and the pumps The borings will be drilled by Fisch Environmental Services Each boring will <br /> produce a gas sample which will be tested at GeoAnalytical Laboratories of Modesto, CA <br /> LABORATORY TESTING <br /> The following tests will be performed on the air samples by GeoAnalytical Laboratories, Inc of <br /> Modesto, CA The samples will be placed on ice in a cooler until they are delivered to the <br /> laboratory <br /> Air Testing <br /> EPA 8021 B BTEX 0 3 u IL <br /> MtBE 1 ug/L <br /> Luft 5030 0 05 mg/L <br /> SCHEDULING <br /> f Once this work plan is approved by the San Joaquin Health Department and the UST Fund the <br /> following schedule of activities will proceed as follows <br /> Sample Bonngs 1 week <br /> Reduce Data and Prepare Report 3 weeks <br /> Yours truly <br /> GUS�fi2 <br /> /John Cussen No.6506 <br /> RG #6506 <br /> DISTRIBUTION orcwFo�`�P <br /> Mr Roger Liston, Darpetro, Inc <br /> l� <br />
