SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS <br /> � FOR ENCROACHMENT PERMIT NO... 71482 <br /> The following are included as-part of the conditions for approval of Encroachment Permit <br /> no. 71482 <br /> Standard conditions: <br /> 1. Only one lane of traffic may be closed at a time, unless authorized by City <br /> Staff. <br /> 2. All lane closures will require the use of lighted arrow boards. <br /> 2. All traffic control shall conform to Caltrans Traffic Control Manual. <br /> 3. NO street closures are allowed, unless authorized by City Staff. <br /> 4. All work shall conform to Section 100 of the City of Stockton's Standards and <br /> Specifications. <br /> 5. The pavement section within EI Dorado Street shall be equal to the existing <br /> section or 13 inches thick whichever is greater. <br /> B. Pedestrian traffic control per W.A.T.C.H. manual guidelines shall be followed <br /> at all times. <br /> 7. All intersections shall remain open and accessible to traffic in each direction <br /> at all times. <br /> 8. Working times shall be restricted to the hours between 9:00am and 3:OOpm. <br /> Failure to comply with the above conditions shall cause this_ permit to be immediately <br /> revoked.
