Charter Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> On February 5, 1993 a meeting was held at the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> office to discuss Gascots site at 749 E. Charter Way and the <br /> Morita' s site at 814 E. Charter Way. <br /> . The following people attended the meeting: <br /> 1. Wm. J. Hunter Registered Geologist <br /> 2. Frank Morita Owner, 814 E. Charter Way <br /> 3 . Michael Collins EHS, PHS/EHD <br /> 4. Diane Hinson Supervising REHS, PHS/EHD <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to discuss how site closure could <br /> be obtained for the 814 E. Charter site and what role, if any, <br /> the 749 E. Charter site had. <br /> It was decided that there was no direct evidence at this time <br /> that contaminants from 749 E. Charter Way have migrated onto the <br /> Morita Brothers site. <br /> Quarterly Monitoring reports shall be submitted to PHS/EHD and <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board until the <br /> investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate. The <br /> submission of quarterly reports is to began immediately.
