S. Hunter and Associates, dated June 1993. <br /> PHS/FEHD concurs with the recommendations and conclusions presented in this report in that soil at this <br /> 1 site does not require any farther removal or remediation. Contammated soil has been transported to the <br /> Forward Landfill and receipts for this have been received by PHS/EHD <br /> Monitoring wells 01 and #2 requite continued rnonitormg for of stte contarnmant migration. <br /> Pursuant to Section 2652 d of the Underground Storage Tarek Regulations (California Code of Regulations, <br /> Pius ( ) $r g <br /> Tide 23, Chapter 16) a quarterly monitoring report shall be submitted to public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVFL QCB) until <br /> the investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate.
