Charter Way <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Project No 724 2 <br /> March 13, 2001 <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This report summarizes the 4"' Quarter 2000 round of groundwater monitoring and testing <br /> that took place on January 4, 2001 This is the first monitoring event since the five new <br /> monitoring wells were installed on November 20-22, 2000 The laboratory analyses <br /> indicate that six of the ten monitoring wells on this site have been impacted by gasoline <br /> range petroleum hydrocarbons The groundwater contamination plume appears to have <br /> migrated off site to well MW-106 The contamination is present in well MW-106 at a depth <br />' of approximately 25 feet below the water table <br /> The oxygenated fuel compound MTBE was detected in wells MW-2 and MW-107 With <br /> the concentration in MW-107 being an order of magnitude higher then MW-2 <br /> The groundwater level decreased approximately 0 05 feet since the September 2000 <br /> monitoring event Groundwater gradient calculations show that groundwater flow is S82°E <br /> at 0 0014 ft/ft <br /> I <br /> I <br />
