Quarterly Report - Fourth Quarter 2004 <br /> • VANCO TRUCK& AUTO PLAZA <br /> 1033 West Charter Way, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr David Atwater of Van De Pol Enterprises,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />' (AGE) has prepared this Quarterly,Report-Fourth Quarter 2004 for the property located at 1033 <br /> West Charter Way, Stockton, California(site) The scope of work included the performance of a <br /> quarterly ground water monitoring event, submission of monitoring and analytical data to the State <br />' Water Resources Control Board's GeoTracker information management system,and preparation of <br /> this report The location of the site and surrounding area is illustrated on Figure 1, structures, soil <br /> borings, and monitoring well locations are illustrated on Figure 2 <br /> This report has been prepared in accordance with guidelines established b the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) <br /> for the subsurface investigation of <br />' underground storage tank (UST) sites Background information, including details of previous site <br /> assessment work, is presented in Appendix A <br /> I - <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> I • Field work was conducted in accordance with guidelines established by the CVRWQCB for the <br /> investigation of UST sites and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> ' for the sampling of ground water monitoring wells <br />' 21 , WASTE SOIL DISPOSAL t <br /> On 12 August 2004,seven 55-gallon drums of non-hazardous waste soil were removed from the site <br />' The soil had been generated by the previous monitoring well installation Disposal was completed <br /> by Slaby Sales of Borrego Springs,California The soil was transported to Filter Recycling Services, <br /> r' Inc in Rialto, California for disposal A copy of the non-hazardous waste disposal manifest is <br /> 1 included in,Appendix B <br /> + 2 2 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION ; <br /> On 29 November 2004, a Sollnst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water <br />' in,monitoring wells MW-i through MW-3 relative,to the tops of the well casings After the depth <br /> to ground water measurements were collected,casing water in each monitoring well was evacuated <br />' using a Waterra inertia pump and' dedicated tubing Approximately b 5 gallons of water were <br /> evacuated from each of the monitoring wells, equivalent to three casing-water volumes per well <br /> I = Advanced GeoEnviroamental,inc <br /> r , <br /> 4 <br />
