Established Document retention procedure and trained on same <br /> 619 CFR 112.7(f)(1) Failed to train personnel on all discharge prevention details listed in this <br /> section. Training completed See Attached Training Material) <br /> 622 CFR 112.7(f)(3) Failure to conduct complete annual discharge prevention briefings for oil-handling <br /> personnel. Addressed in New SPCC(See Attached training material and sign-in sheet) <br /> 710 CFR 112.8(c)(6) Plan failed to adequately discuss procedures to test or inspect each container for <br /> integrity.
