Please check with the City of <br /> Stockton Public Works Department for encroachment permit <br /> requirements and private landowners to the south for access. <br /> • The report of findings is to be in the context of a site conceptual <br /> model constructed from ALL the available data for the site and, <br /> • Please submit EHD a well permit application form and $368 <br /> application fee per parcel . <br />
