Nomellini Construction Company Page 2 <br /> 1045 West Charter Way November 2, 2012 <br /> Stockton , California 95206 <br /> annually does not affect the reporting requirements established by the California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23 , Division 3, Chapter 16, Article 5, Section 2652 (d) which states " Until <br /> investigation and cleanup are complete, the owner or operator shall submit reports to the local <br /> agency or Regional Water Quality Board, whichever agency is overseeing the cleanup, every <br /> three months or more frequently as specified by the agency." <br /> The EHD has reviewed historical analytical results for this site and believes it is necessary to <br /> continue to analyze groundwater samples collected from monitoring wells MWA , MW-2 , MW-3, <br /> MW-7, extraction well EW-1 , vapor well VWA , and air sparging wells AW-1 and AW-2, for total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as diesel (TPH-d) in addition to contaminants of concern <br /> [total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPH-g) ; benzene , toluene, ethyl benzene <br /> and total xylenes (BTEX) ; methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE), tertiary-amyl methyl ether (TAME) <br /> and 1 , 2-dichloroethane (1 , 2-DCA)] during the scheduled groundwater monitoring and sampling w <br /> events . The EHD also approves the following reduction in sampling: �P <br /> • Biennially collect groundwater samples from MW-8 and MW- 11 and analyze the samples <br /> for TPH-g , BTEX, and MTBE; and L , <br /> Discontinue sampling MW-5, MW-6, MW-9, and MW-13 through MW-15. <br /> The remaining monitoring wells should be sampled based on the current sampling schedule.
