Charter Way RO# : 382
Stockton , CA, 95206 SWRCB-CUF#: 000552
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed
Additional Site Assessment Report as submitted by Advanced Geo Environmental
Inc and has the following comments.
The report covers soil boring and monitoring well installations conducted at the site
in June/July 2006. Conclusions in the report stated that the lateral and vertical limits
of the dissolved petroleum plume have not been defined . Recommendations
included in the report suggested that additional borings and wells be installed to the
north and northeast to collect additional soil and ground water data .
The EHD concurs with the recommendations and requires you to submit a work plan
that addresses the concerns noted in the report. Included in the work plan should be
a ground water investigation to the west of MW-3 and MW-7. Please start
procedures to gain access to the parcel west of your site.
You may contact Michael Infurna , Senior REHS at (209 ) 468-3454 should you have
any questions.
Donna Heran, REHS , Director
Environmental Health Department
/ da4e
Michael J.
