In accordance with a request from Mr Dante John Nomellini of Nomellini Construction Co <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE)has prepared this Quarterly Report for 1045 West Charter <br /> Way, Stockton, California The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are <br />' illustrated on Figure 1 Site structures and monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2 <br />' The objective of the work was to monitor dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in ground <br /> water and to characterize ground water flow direction and gradient on the site This report is prepared <br /> in accordance with guidelines established by the San Joaquin County Public Health Seivices - <br />' Enviromnental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control, <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) for investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites A summary of <br /> precious investigations at the site was included in the Quarterly Repui t - Februa?y 1996, dated 17 <br />' May 1996, prepared by AGE <br /> J j A <br /> iv r i k <br /> 20. PROCEDURES <br /> 21 _ i MONITORING WELL PURGE PROCEDURES <br /> On 25 February 1998,the depth to ground water in each monitoring well was measured to the nearest <br /> 0 01 foot utilizing a Solist water level meter Ground water elevations frons MW-1 through MW-9 <br /> were then calculated,by subtracting the measured depth to ground water from the surveyed casing <br /> elevations (Table 1) Ground water elevations were plotted and contoured on a scaled site snap <br /> (Figure 3) <br /> After water levels were measured, approximately twelve to eighteen gallons (minimuin'of three well <br /> - volumes per well) of water were purged from wells MW-1 through MW-9 utilizing a two-stage <br /> submersible pump Temperature,'pH and conductivity were measured at regular intervals from each <br /> well using an ICM Model 52200 water analyzer, to monitor for stabilization of these characteristics <br />' during purging Dissolved oxygen was measured in water purged from each monitoring well using <br /> a YSI,Mode155 Dissolved Oxygen Meter following stabilization of the produced water Stabilization <br /> 41 data 'and field logs are included with Appendix A, dissolved oxygen field measurements are <br /> Iv summarized in Table"2 Purged ground water was containerized in 55-gallon drums and stored on- <br /> site'in an area lackmgigeneraltpublic access <br /> E <br /> Advmrced CcoEmironmental,Inc <br />
