Based on field <br /> observations noted at the time of the tank removal, a failed <br /> precision test, and a lab spike red very of only 68% on one sample, <br /> it was decided to place the site in the Pilot Program for further <br /> review. <br /> (b) Reviewed lab reports and other data su itted. Pilot MFR, NOR, and <br /> site letter initiated. <br /> (c) Researched assessor's files. <br /> (d) Performed the responsible party (RP) sear for the site. <br /> (e) Flagged data from other files to create a pi l t file for this site. <br /> COMMENT #2: Date Name Act Hours <br /> 3/28/90 Schneider 302 0.5 ST <br /> (a) Phone conversation with Mr. John Gilligan in whi h he was notified <br /> of the site being placed into the Pilot Program for review. Mr. <br /> Gilligan and I also discussed the precision tes results, stick <br /> logs and the letter from the lab regarding the 68 recovery. <br /> 1 <br />
