Mild Cal Tractor's June 3, 1991 <br /> request for an explanation of why site was'i+. placed in Pilot Program and <br /> explanation of work performed. The comments are listed in chronological <br /> order, not as they appear on the list of site+ specific charges: <br /> 'i <br /> COMMENT #1: Date Name Act 1, Hours <br /> 3/08/90 Schneider 302 5.0 ST <br /> (a) I began review of the underground ta'Jnk file prior recision tests <br /> g g P P <br /> and field observations to determine if further assessment or <br /> investigation would be necessary to'', issue closure. Based on field <br /> observations noted at the time of the tank removal, a failed <br /> precision test, and a lab spike recovery of only 68% on one sample, <br /> it was decided to place the site into the Pilot Program for further <br /> review. <br /> (b) Reviewed lab reports and other data submitted. Pilot MFR, NOR, and <br /> site letter initiated. <br /> i <br /> ; <br /> (c) Researched assessor's files.
