Four soil borings and 10 soil/water <br />' probes have been placed on the property, and 8 monitoring wells <br /> have been installed The remaining minor amounts of impacted <br /> soil remaining on the site are in areas where groundwater <br />' contamination exists, and removal is not justified until the <br /> water has been remediated. The source of the extremely high <br /> levels of gasoline in both the soil and groundwater in MW-9 at <br /> 1245 W Charter Way needs to identified and assessed since that <br /> contamination has migrated down-gradient onto the Miles property <br /> Until that work is done, further assessment work on our client ' s <br /> Property is not justified <br /> We will continue quarterly monitoring of all 9 wells pending <br /> • results of the remediation project at Nomellini and identifii- <br /> 1 <br /> I <br />
