This will not happen until Nuel Henderson has had time to review and <br /> concur or make changes to the information completed by me. <br /> I did go into GeoTracker and changed the status of the JM Equipment Company site to'Open <br /> Remediation'. (My choices are: Completed-Case Closed; Open -Assessment& Interim Remedial <br /> Action; Open - Eligible for Closure; Open- Inactive; Open - Remediation; Open -Site Assessment; and <br /> Open -Verification Monitoring.) There is no Operations and Maintenance (O& M) status that I can enter <br /> for this site. <br /> The Closure Summary Report for the Marci Property site at 2969 Loomis Road in Stockton was sent to <br /> the Regional Board on February 1, 2013. They have 30 days to respond. <br /> will let you know whatever I find out concerning the land use restriction issue.
