Currently we are <br /> in a holding pattern and not performing any Remediation or GWM while waiting for <br /> the Fund to issue more funds through the Change Order process. <br /> The last submittal for this site was the Corrective Action Plan (CAP), dated December <br /> 12. 2012;which is currently in a 30 day public review.Once it is approved and more <br /> funds are allocated to our Client,we will commence the work that is in the CAP. <br /> Additionally,we would like to request that the LOP respectfully evaluate this site <br /> under the new Low Risk Closure Policy as soon as possible. In the interim, and if the <br /> site does not qualify for low risk closure,we would also like to request that this site <br /> be moved into the category that the Fund calls, Remediation—Operation and Mtce. <br /> Please note that this email is in place of the past brief quarterly non-GWM reports <br /> that were prepared.
