Once it is approved and more funds are allocated to <br /> our Client,we will commence the work that is in the CAP. <br /> Additionally,we would like to request that the LOP respectfully evaluate this site under the new <br /> Low Risk Closure Policy as soon as possible. In the interim,and if the site does not qualify for low <br /> risk closure,we would also like to request that this site be moved into the category that the Fund <br /> calls, Remediation-Operation and Mtce. <br /> Please note that this email is in place of the past brief quarterly non-GWM reports that were <br /> prepared.
