Charter Way, Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Ms. Kahler and Mr. Betker: <br /> Geological Technics Inc.has prepared a Groundwater Monitoring Report for the 3`d Quarter 2011 <br /> in letter format, in compliance with CCR Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 Section 2652. This <br /> quarterly report summarizes activities for the third quarter of 2011, and outlines the next <br /> proposed sampling and analysis event. <br /> 3rd Quarter 2011 Activities <br /> GTI began implementation of pilot study activities, which is testing three oxygen releasing <br /> technologies. The purpose of the pilot test is to evaluate the optimal approach for remediation. <br /> These activities were approved in a correspondence prepared by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD)dated June 24, 2011. <br /> Groundwater monitoring and sampling of select wells for baseline line parameters took place <br /> during the 3`d Quarter of 2011 prior to the start of the pilot test.
