Equipment, 1245 W. Charter Way, Stockton, CA
qo
Dear Mr. Infurna:
i
Please find attached a San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department Service Request and
payment for $549. On behalf of our clients GeoCorp and JM Equipment, we respectfully request that
overtime work be performed to review the RAP addendum dated May 27, 2011.
It is GTI's hope to be able to complete the Phase I installation before June 30`', 2011, so review and
comment and/or approval from SJC EHD as soon as possible is extremely important. Large diameter
borehole excavation combined with in situ chemical oxidation as a remedial technology has already been
selected for the site. The addendum proposes a phased approach where Phase I is a pilot study to
determine the most cost effective borehole augmentation, and as such, it is our opinion that the public
review process may not be necessary prior to the installation of boreholes and observation wells
proposed in Phase I.
We understand that additional overtime fees may be billed if the $549 is not adequate to cover your
hours. /
Please do not hesitate to call if you have questions or need clarification.
Respectfully Submitted,
Tamorah Bryant, P.E. —
cc: George Betker
Catherine Kahler
USTCFP
5072 SJC Itr 060711 1 of l
