He once again stressed upon <br /> me the need to have the RAP reviewed, approved, and the Geotracker status of the site <br /> changed PRIOR to July 1, 2011. He made it clear in his voice message today that he would <br /> pay my overtime charges if I truly meant to conduct the RAP review during my non-business, <br /> overtime hours. <br /> In preparation for this, I need to verify that I can actually spend the after hours in this County <br /> building. I am in the process of securing access to the building so that I may conduct my <br /> review, generate the comment letter, and hopefully update Geotracker. Assuming I can, I at <br /> the very least, must have either your or Mr. Bekter's written request to conduct OT work. <br /> Attached is an EHD form, "Service Request". It must be returned to the EHD signed by the <br /> person requesting it. A 3-hour pre-payment is required. Please print this attached form, <br /> complete it, have it signed by person that is willing to pay for any additional charges and get it <br /> back to me ASAP with $549. <br /> A letter should be attached explaining what it is you/he wants and that they understand <br /> additional overtime fees may be billed if the $549 is not adequate to cover my hours. <br /> I can't say for sure WHEN I can gain access, but we need this fee, form, and letter on file <br /> BEFORE I can spend/devote the time. <br /> It is very possible I may start my review Tuesday, June 7 at 430pm, assuming I get all of above <br /> to me by NLT 2pm June 7. <br /> thank you, <br /> Michael Infurna <br /> 6/7/2011 <br />
