Charter Way, Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Ms. Kahler. <br /> Geological Technics Inc. has prepared a Groundwater Monitoring Report for the 3rd Quarter 2010 in <br /> letter format, in compliance with C.C.R. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 Section 2652. This quarterly <br /> report summarizes activities for the third quarter of 2010, and outlines the next proposed sampling and <br /> analysis event. <br /> 3rd Quarter 2010 Activities <br /> No sampling and analysis of groundwater monitoring wells took place during the third quarter of 2010, <br /> per correspondence prepared by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (SJC EHD) dated May 12, 2009, which directed semi-annual sampling of selected monitoring wells on <br /> site(during the second and fourth quarters). <br /> Proposed 4r"Quarter 2010 Activities <br /> It is anticipated that the 2nd semi-annual groundwater monitoring and sampling of groundwater <br /> monitoring wells MW-I, MW-2, MW-3, MW-4, MW-5, MW-6, MW-7, MW-S, MW-9, MW-109, and <br /> MW-10 will take place during the 410 quarter of 2010. The Remedial Action Plan (RAP) dated July 30, <br /> 2010 was submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SIC EHD) and is <br /> currently being reviewed for the JM Equipment Company, 1245 West Charter Way, Stockton, California <br /> site. GTI will implement the work plan upon review and approval from SIC EHD. <br /> Limitations <br /> This report was prepared in accordance with the generally accepted standard of care and practice in <br /> effect at the time Services were rendered. It should be recognized that definition and evaluation of <br /> environmental conditions is an inexact science and that the state or practice of environmental <br /> geology/hydrology is changing and evolving and that standards existing at the present time may change <br /> Geological Tecknics Inc.
