Charter Way CUF#: 12607 <br /> Stockton, CA. 95206 Geotracker ID#: T0607700794 <br /> On October 29, 2009, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> discussed the above subject site with your consultant, Geological Technics Inc., and <br /> verbally approved the submittal of a Site Conceptual Model (SCM) by November 30, <br /> 2009. The SCM was received on Geotracker in December and commented on in <br /> correspondence dated December 16, 2009. Recommendations included in the SCM <br /> stated that a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) would be submitted to the EHD by June 30, <br /> 2010. <br /> In a phone conversation with Ms. Tamorah Bryant of Geological Technics Inc., on May <br /> 20, 2010, it was discovered that through an EHD staff oversight, the SCM comment <br /> letter was not mailed out. Please be advised that the Revised Site Conceptual Model <br /> dated November 30, 2009 is adequate and necessary and approved by the EHD [H&S <br /> 25296.10(c)(3)]. Please submit the RAP to Geotracker for EHD review on June 30, <br /> 2010. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation in continuing your investigation at the site.
